Two romantic Robinson houses above an enclosed bay and with access to a private beach
These two Robinson houses were built just recently in 2014 and are in an elevated location on a beautiful, private and secluded bay, 7km from the little village of Gornji Humac on the south side of the island of Brac. A five-kilometre-long gravel track leads to the bay. The houses are ideal for those who would like to spend a quiet dream holiday by the sea, away from civilisation and technology.
The houses are 100m away from each other and they have separate approach.
You get to the houses by taking the ferry from Split to Supetar (crossing takes about 45 mintues), then it is 20 kilometres by car, bus or taxi to Gornji Humac, and the Nono Ban restaurant, which is about a kilometre outside of the village on the road from Supetar to Bol. The owner then arranges a free transfer on arrival day to the bay where the house is.
The ferry harbour is 30 kilometres away. It is 11km to the airport and 7km to the nearest bus stop and nearest supermarket. You can swim and sunbathe on the private beach, reserved exclusively for this owner’s guests. It is only 30 metres from the house to the beach. The nearest restaurant is in the neighbouring bay, which you can get to with a little boat available in the bay.

The simply, but functionally furnished holiday house provides 100m² of living space and can accommodate six people. It has three bedrooms with their own shower room. Each of the rooms has a big double bed (180 x 200cm). The living room with a fireplace has a kitchen unit equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, plates, glasses, cups, crockery and pans. In front of it there is the dining and sitting area with a table and chairs. Owing to the stone walls, the house has excellent insulation and so air conditioning is not needed. A supplementary guest bed only suitable for a child can be provided. Plenty of hot water and electricity generated by solar power are available in the house.
The extensive terrace is roofed and is furnished with a table, chairs and deckchairs and also has a grill. You can enjoy the view of the bay and the blue sea and sit together in the evenings and enjoy a glass of wine. There are three parking spaces in front of the house.
