This accommodation comprises two studios and a holiday apartment on the fifth floor, which is the attic, of a building with a lift in a very central location in Gallipoli. On the ground floor there are a furniture shop and cleaning services.

There is a washing machine for the use of all guests in the entrance area.

The sea is about 150 metres from the building. The vibrant street Corso Roma and the shore, the centre of nightlife, are 150m and 200m from the house. Within 200 metres you can find pretty much everything you might need during your stay: a bank, post office, medical centre, pharmacy, restaurant, butcher, vegetable stall, bar, car garage, travel agency, supermarket, Corso Roma and the waterfront promenade. There are free public car parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the building.

The holiday apartment comprises a bedroom, a combined bedroom and living room with a kitchen unit, and a bathroom with a bath. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 190cm) and a supplementary single bed (80 x 190cm) can be added on request, at a supplementary charge. There is another double bed (160 x 190cm) in the living room/bedroom. The kitchen unit is equipped with a gas stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a microwave. You can dine together at the table with chairs. The apartment has heating, ensuring pleasant temperatures on cooler days.

The balcony looks out at the harbour and the sea.
