Holiday house with a swimming pool in the middle of the countryside
This country house lies in the unspoilt landscape of the Tuscan Maremma. The house is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and fields, as well as pine, oak and cypress trees.
The living space of the holiday house is on two floors that are separate from each other. On the ground floor there are a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a cot, a bathroom, and a large living room with sofas and a TV. The living room also contains a kitchen, which is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. On the first floor there are two bathrooms and four bedrooms: one of the bedrooms has two single beds, one has a double bed, another has a double bed (and a single bed or a cot can be added), and the fourth also has a double bed (and a cot can also be added on request). The double beds measure 160 x 190cm and the single beds 80 x 190cm. Each room can be heated (charges apply).
Outside there is a sun terrace. There is also a large garden with a century-old cypress tree that provides shade, and a swimming pool (10.5 x 1.5m) with parasols and a gazebo. Outside there is also an oven, and there is an area with toys for children. A large shaded parking space is available.
Pets are allowed. The site is enclosed.
There are grocery shops about two kilometres from the holiday house. You can visit art cities in the area, such as Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Monteriggioni, Montalcino, Pienza, as well as archaeological sites or the Area del Tufo nature reserve. You can find thermal baths in Chiancino and in Bagno Vignoni. Not far from the holiday house there is Monte Amiata, where you can go on trips in summer or simply relax in the shade of the trees, while in winter the upper part is ideal for winter sports activities. In the Tuscan Maremma there are festivals and other events the whole year round, such as Sagre (folk festivals that are dedicated to a regional agricultural product or a gastronomic speciality), exhibitions, markets etc. It is also possible to engage in sports activities, such as diving, riding, hiking and cycling.
