Large holiday apartments on a complex just 100 metres from the sea and five minutes from the beach, with wireless Internet and air conditioning, also wheelchair accessible

This is a new building with a modern construction, with particular attention paid to thermal and acoustic insulation. The hot water supply is by means of a solar system, there is a recycling system in the apartment with a heat exchanger for cool and warm air, and each room has its own independent temperature control.

Guests can use the beach service from June to September (parasol, loungers) at a reduced price. Guests can also benefit from advantageous terms for boat and sailing boat trips, for half or full days.


The whole complex provides free wireless Internet access and nearby there are garages for cars. There is one apartment that is wheelchair accessible and adapted to the needs of the disabled. The apartments have air conditioning of energy class A. Owing to the efficient insulation, the apartments do not get too hot in summer and are warm in winter. The noise insulation ensures peace and quiet.


The apartments are spacious, have comfortable interiors and meet a range of requirements. They feature gardens or large terraces, their own entrances and one car parking space per apartment. The beaches of Pietra Ligure are just a few minutes’ walk away, as are the train station, the harbour of Loano and, for eventualities, Santa Corona hospital.

Apartment Fiocco

This apartment provides two rooms and is on the ground floor, with its own entrance, large windows and a large outdoor area.

The living area is spacious and provides a sofa bed, LCD TV with satellite programmes, a kitchen corner with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large cupboard, and one can also set up a second television. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Supplementary beds can be added on request. Wireless Internet, air conditioning, a car parking space and a coin-operated washing machine are provided.

All the furniture and all the fittings of this apartment are also suitable for persons with restricted mobility. The Santa Corona hospital is also just a few minutes away.
