Modern holiday house near the beach, with a garden and a terrace, near Krka National Park

This holiday house with a modern interior and a 400m² garden is in the little town of Sevid. It is surrounded by olive trees that exude a Mediterranean flair. It affords a sea view and is right by the beach and the sea with its crystal clear water. It is an ideal holiday residence for a quite seaside holiday with the family.

You can barbecue in the garden. The house has a roofed, furnished terrace on the ground floor and two furnished balconies on the first floor, from which you can enjoy a lovely view. There are four parking spaces by the house.

An Internet connection is available. Guests who stay two weeks receive a litre of homemade olive oil as a present. A travel cot for a toddler is available free of charge.

The beach is just 40 metres away. Opposite the main beach there is a beautiful sandy beach which you can get to on foot or by boat. It is just 50 metres to the supermarket and 100 metres to the nearest restaurant. Nearby there are many uninhabited islands with a wealth of fish around them. It is also worth visiting Krka National Park 25km away.

Big holiday house with a terrace, balconies and a garden

The 120m² air-conditioned house has two floors and can accommodate ten people. It has two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. Two have a double bed and the other two each have two single beds. One of the two living rooms has a corner with satellite TV and a sofa bed for two people. The two kitchens have a dining space and are fully-equipped, including a hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. The two modern bathrooms each have a washbasin, shower and WC.

The holiday house has a 60m² roofed terrace on the ground floor with garden furniture. On the first floor there are two balconies (20m² and 12m²), from which you can enjoy a great view. You can use the barbecue in the garden.

    “Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer schönen Lage, der Strand ist nur eine Gehminuten entfernt. Alles für den Täglichen Gebrauch so braucht ist in der Nähe.
    Ein sehr schöner und Familien freundlicher Ort.
    Das Haus wahr sauber und modern eingerichtete es wahr alles da was wir brauchen.”

    “Super Lage, super Haus, Ausstattung (Geschirr, Stühle außen) müssten mal überprüft werden und ggf. Erwartet werden. Das Haus ist aber trotzdem top und sehr zu empfehlen. Positiv: Die Lage war top. Etwa 50m bis zum Strand 40m zum Laden. Für Badeurlaub sehr zu empfehlen. Sevid selbst liegt recht abseits, über sehr enge und steile Kurven zu erreichen. Negativ: Die Ausstattung war teils alt und auch etwas defekt. Restaurant: Big Mamas Pizza in Trogir - Top Pizza und Bürger für einen fairen Preis. Ausflüge: Trogir - Toller Ort”

    “Wir waren schon zwei Mal da (2016, 2018). Das Haus ist sehr schön und für 2 Familien super geeignet, mit viel Platz. Die Lage ist perfekt.
    2018: Leider sind die Olivenbäume wegen eines sehr kalten Winters radikal gestutzt. Bis sie wieder so schön sind wie auf den Bildern wird wahrscheinlich noch lange dauern.
    2018 wurde leider tagsüber während wir am Strand waren eingebrochen. Die Fenster waren geschlossen, aber die Außenverdunkelung waren leider waagerecht gestellt. Also aufpassen und immer verdunkeln wenn man nicht daheim ist.”

    “Nice house, clean and comfortable. On the base floor its a little bit wet, humidity in the place is very high. Standard furnishing, rather simple, but for the price absolutely okay.”
