Simply furnished apartment on 2 floors (1st and 2nd floor, mansard roof). Good location to reach Ferrara, Ravenna or Venice. For lovers of the sea, relaxation and entertainment, the Riviera of Emilia-Romagna is the ideal destination with its famous towns of Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica, Milano Marittima and, further north, the 7 beaches of the Ferrara area. The "Lidi Ferraresi" beaches, also called "Lidi di Comacchio", are located on the Adriatic coast between Venice and Ravenna. The beaches are 40 km long, with fine sand and shallow water, and are particularly suitable for families with children; here you will find practically equipped bathing establishments and a variety of excursions. Cyclists among you will be spoilt for choice among various routes that will take you through pine forests, along the banks of the Pos or along the coast. The area offers many culinary specialties such as excellent bread, the famous Comacchio eel, the many fish specialties of the Adriatic coast and excellent seasonal fruit such as apricots, strawberries and honeydew melons. The area of the Comacchio valleys, with their narrow banks and lakes with brackish water, are among the largest wet brackish areas in Italy and also represent the most interesting area in the Po Delta: here you can observe a variety of bird species building their nests. The Po River and the various watercourses of the Po Delta form a labyrinth of waterways that you can navigate with motorboats or other small boats. Don't miss a visit to the thousand year old Pomposa Abbey, the ancient city of Ravenna (35 km) with its important early Christian monuments and Byzantine mosaics, the city of Ferrara (60 km) with its fully preserved medieval and Renaissance city center and above all the wonderful lagoon city of Venice (100 km), one of the most beautiful cities of all. Within a radius of 80-100 km you will also find a variety of amusement and aqua parks that will delight young and old. The dishes and ingredients of the region, as well as ancient traditions, bring to the table the famous "tortellino, piadina, tagliatelle, Parma ham, balsamic vinegar, Parmigiano Reggiano", and the famous eel from Comacchio.     “Erst einmal vorweg: Die Lage dieser Ferienwohnung ist falsch markiert. Die Wohnung entspricht, bis auf die Tatsache, dass es keine Handtücher gibt, im wesentlichen der Beschreibung. Kopfkissen wären wünschenswert zum Schlafen aber leider nicht vorhanden. Die Bilder zeigen das was vorhanden ist. Es ist alles relativ klein aber für 1 Woche ausreichend. Das liegt aber im Auge des Betrachters. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Geschirr und Besteck waren nicht wirklich sauber, ist wohl den Vormietern geschuldet. Die vorhandenen Tischventilatoren sind bei der Wärme in den Nächten nützlich. Nur Verlängerungskabel mitzunehmen wäre von Vorteil. Ein neuer Ventilator wäre angebracht, weil der eigentlich die beste Zeit hinter sich hat. Die Nächte wären dann auch ruhiger. Die nähere Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Die Nachbarn sprechen alle, wen wunderts, Italienisch. Zum Strand braucht man auf jeden Fall das Auto. Bei 35°C will da keiner hinlaufen. Locker 3km. Da ist der Gemeinschaftspool eine gute Alternative. Allerdings nur mit Badekappe. Die kann man auch für 4€ beim Bademeister kaufen. Die Poolöffnungszeiten in die Beschreibung mit aufzunehmen ist sicherlich nicht falsch.”
