The guest house is located on the site of former brickworks, which produced bricks until the end of the 19th Century. It is situated amid the characteristic and impressive landscape of the Maremma Toscana in the town of Castiglione della Pescaia. You can reach the beach of Bivio delle Rocchette, only approximately 1 km away. This beach offers both gravel and sand, and can vie with the beauty of the Costa Smerelda thanks to its crystal clear sea.
The holiday home has four separate apartments, three of which have direct access to the green, sunny garden. All apartments are furnished with great care and attention to detail, and combine style, functionality and aesthetics together. The wooden beams and sloping ceilings characterise the apartments and give them a pleasant, homely atmosphere. The partly antique furniture creates a picture of elegance and serenity.
The beautiful garden terrace is ideal for relaxing on during clear summer days and to get some sun.
The building is surrounded by unspoiled countryside. The view over the hills, fields and pine forests is pleasing to the eye and to the soul.
The advantageous location of the accommodation allows you to easily reach the most beautiful areas in this corner of the Maremma. Within a radius of 10 km, you can reach Castiglione, Punta Ala and the famous Cala Violina. The holiday house offers holidaymakers the ideal home for a holiday by the sea, characterised by nature and relaxation in combination with outings and excursions in Tuscany. Enjoy your holiday with good food and local wine in family-like surroundings, without compromising on refined comfort.
Holiday apartment on the ground floor with verandah
This apartment offers 35 sqm of living space on the ground floor. In the living room there is a dining area with colour TV and a kitchen area with oven, four hotplates and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bedroom is warm and cosy during the cold months, and cool and airy in summer thanks to the double-door, floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the garden. There is a queen-sized bed dating from the early 20th Century and other antique furniture as well as the head section of an antique sleigh bed as decoration. A bathroom with shower and toilet also forms part of the apartment.
The verandah with table and chairs plus a view of the garden, the surrounding countryside and the pine forest makes cosy outdoor dining possible. Furthermore, guests can also sunbathe on comfortable deck chairs in the garden.
