Antique farmhouse, fully restored, divided into 4 apartments, each two-story and with independent entrance. The house is located in a nature reserve surrounded by low wooded hills near Lucca. In the estate (about 30 m from the apartments) is a centuries-old oak (over 500 years old), listed among the monumental trees of Italy and visited by tourists. Distances: 12 km Lucca, 40 km Pisa, 45 km Viareggio, 75 km Florence. View of the hills. Very quiet area with little traffic. Each apartment has its own private outdoor area with table, chairs and barbecue or with deck chair, sun loungers and parasol for your relaxation. For communal use: a brick wood-burning stove, a covered outdoor dining area and a laundry room with washing machine. Access to the house via a gravel road unsuitable for low-slung cars or sports cars. Wifi internet. Each apartment has baby crib and high chair, included in the price. S. ITL189-ITL192.
