The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1932, renovated in 1997 and is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. For common use are available: grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place.

Harrachov, 650 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartments CSR RIG 048 (2 Holiday Flats of the same type for each 4 persons) and CSR RIG 049 (5 persons) are located in the same house. The property is closed with a fence only from May to October. In winter there is no fence. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 400 m). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property. Easily accessible by car even in winter.
