Living Area and Garden terraces
The luxurious 3.5 room apartment (about 90 m2) has a large, comfortable and tastefully decorated living room, which is flooded with light through the panoramic windows. From the living room and the bedroom one exits directly to the spacious balcony from which one enjoys a breath-taking view to lake and mountains.

Bedroom, Kitchen and Bathroom area 
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with high standard matresses (180 x 200 cm).The second bedroom has 2 separate high quality beds that can be put together if required.When you wake up in the morning you can enjoy from both bedrooms directly from the bed a beautiful view of the lake.
The design kitchen is equipped with the latest technology, including a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a bathtub and is equipped with a large wall mirror. The bathroom has a window with a nice view of the palm garden.

Parking
Our guests can rent a parking lot directly in front of the 2-storey building on a small romantic private road / dead end (very little traffic). The upper floo of this building will be used as a vacation home by the owners of the house

The suite has a flat screen cable TV, blue-ray video system, high speed Wi-Fi internet, and access to a fully equipped laundry room (washer and dryer). 
Surroundings
This unique newly and completely renovated luxury apartment is located in the exclusive district of Lugano-Castagnola, nearby (approx. 1 km) the famous Villa Favorita (former home of the world renowned Thyssen-Bornemisza collection). It is situated at the foot of "Monte Bré" (known as "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland"), 50m from the lake, with a stupendous panoramic view over the lake and the majestic San Salvatore mountain; also, it is at the beginning of the well-known idyllic path along the lake shore which leads to the picturesque village of “Gandria” (3km; 30min walking distance), passing a charming beach and swimming area of "San Domenico" (10 min walk) and a few romantic restaurant located directly on the lakeside which are ideally suited for a nice dinner for two. The centre of Lugano is 3km away, bus at 300m walking distance (every 10min). The pier for the shipline service is 100m away, ideal for cruises on Lake Lugano to such picturesque villages as Morcote, Melide, Caprino, Bissone, Porlezza/Italy, etc. The Casino of Campione/Italy can also be reached by boat. The well-known Lake Como is only a 30min-drive away, with its quaint villages, such as Bellaggio, Menaggio, Como, etc.
