Casa Inmaculada

Sunny & comfortable country home located in the area of Pago Esparragueras known for its tranquility, nature, and fabulous views, 7,5 km from the mountainous village of Cómpeta in province of Málaga.

South-facing, offers plenty of sunshine on the terraces as well as by the private swimming pool. Upon entering, one can find a living room with a comfortable sofa and a wood burner. Open plan kitchen, fully equipped with gas cooker and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. Dining area is equipped with TV and DVD sets and has an access to a covered terrace. Ideal for an al-fresco dining, enjoying the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea and mountains.

The country home is completed by 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Firstly, the master bedroom features a large double bed, built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, French doors leading to a sunny terrace. Second bedroom also offers a direct access to the terrace, has two single beds pushed together. The third bedroom is north-facing and features double bed and built-in wardrobes. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom with a shower.

Casa Inmaculada has a capacity of 6 persons.

NEW: All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (hot & cold).

The access to the house is on a tarmac road, the last 90 m are a dirt track, which is perfectly fine for any normal car with a reasonable ground clearance. After this dirt track, a steep but concreted driveway leads to the house with plenty of private parking space.

In the nearest village of Cómpeta you find everything you need for your holiday: several small supermarkets, bakers, fruit and vegetable stores, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, medical center, dentist, tourist information and much more.

The use of outside barbecue is not permitted from June-September due to fire risk.
