If you like to spend your villa holiday in a stylish, Mediterranean and peaceful ambience, this is the place for you. The comfortable Villa Grandiosa is situated in a particularly exposed location on a huge plot of land. Due to its elevated position, you can enjoy a truly magnificent view from here, with which the villa lives up to its name. Several zones of the garden area have been designed in a Mediterranean style, while the rest of the villa is characterised by lush vegetation and captivates with its beautiful natural purity. A 300 m² terrace area, spread over various levels and attractively furnished, offers a variety of options for spending time outdoors. If you wish, you can always find a new favourite spot. Even on very warm and sunny days, you will always find a spot with breezy shade. The pool measures 9 x 4.5 metres and is decoratively embedded in the terrace area. The pool is easily accessible via wide, semi-circular steps. A sufficient number of comfortable loungers offer ideal conditions for sun lovers to relax under the deep blue Mediterranean sky. You can barbecue to your heart's content in the stylish barbecue area and savour culinary delicacies from the region. The evening sunsets and panoramic views over the area as far as the Tramuntana mountains and the coast of the Bay of Alcúdia are a dream come true and represent an unrivalled form of luxury.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The building is an old, traditional farmhouse that has been lovingly restored using high-quality materials. In the main house you will find a spacious, open-plan living/dining area with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a TV with satellite connection. On the same level there is a bathroom with shower, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and coffee machine. On the first floor you will find a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and roof terrace, two further bedrooms and another bathroom. Conveniently, there is a cosy little sitting area on the upper floor, which offers another opportunity to spread out and relax and find some time for yourself if required. You can also enjoy the breathtaking view of the island from the roof terrace, unwind and leave everyday life far behind. The 25 m² annex with separate entrance offers a fourth bedroom plus bathroom and is ideal for another small family or accompanying grandparents who want to enjoy some peace and quiet from time to time. For a restful night's sleep, guests have one bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, four measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m and two measuring 0.80 x 1.90 m at their disposal. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and several bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets. The house uses only solar energy, so you can spend a completely emission-free holiday here.

The beautifully situated Villa Grandiosa is in a very quiet location approx. 80 metres above sea level, above the plain of Ses Cases Noves, between Colonia de Sant Pere and Manacor. Thanks to its elevated position, you can enjoy sensational views of the mountains of Artà, the bay of Alcúdia and Cap de Formentor. The drive to the sea with its beautiful little bays and beaches takes approximately 8 minutes.

Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged [30] or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
