Villa Sa Bassa Llova is situated on a spacious 27,000 m² plot. The large, well-tended garden is a true oasis of relaxation. Special attention has been paid to a natural design that blends in perfectly with the surroundings. Many indigenous plants such as lemon trees, palm trees or the beautiful bougainvillea make this garden a very special place. Do you love the calming sound of gently rippling water? Then the lovingly designed natural pond is sure to delight you. Of course, you will also find a large pool here: on hot days you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the cool water. The 9.6 x 4.6 metre pool is ideal for relaxing hours in the water as well as for challenging swimming exercises. The pool terrace offers comfortable loungers for extensive sunbathing. Those who prefer to relax in the shade will find a cosy spot on the covered terrace. End the evening at the large dining table; there is a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor kitchen where you can prepare fresh meals. Another seating area is located directly by the pool as well as on the terrace at the back of the house, where there is also a barbecue area. Enjoy the marvellous view over the rolling hills of the Migjorn plain in the distance.

The rooms of the 150 m² house are spread over the ground floor. The bright living room with rustic furniture and cosy armchairs, fireplace and dining table opens into an open-plan kitchen. Wooden beamed ceilings, cool natural stone walls and indirect light sources create a cosy atmosphere. Various international channels can be received on the large flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, an oven and a dishwasher. There is also a small dining table. The villa's three bedrooms are decorated in a Mediterranean style with high-quality furnishings and loving attention to detail. You will immediately feel at home in each of the comfortable rooms. The mix of natural and soft blue tones, terracotta-coloured stone floors and warm light creates a unique feeling of cosiness. One bedroom is furnished with a 1.6 x 2 metre double bed and its own en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share a bathroom with a large washbasin and two washbasins. Both bathrooms have windows that provide plenty of light. The enchanting Villa Sa Bassa Llova is located off the beaten tourist track, close to the town of Santanyí in the rural south of Mallorca. The pretty village with its yellow houses, galleries and restaurants has attracted many artists and other creative urbanites over the years. The second largest nature reserve on the island begins at the edge of the town: the Parc natural de Mondragó. Various beautiful beaches, such as Cala Mondragó, can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
