A wide, paved driveway leads through the spacious, park-like grounds of Villa Vernisa. Spacious lawns adorn the property and numerous olive trees dominate the Mediterranean garden. A pavilion with delicate wickerwork furniture and narrow natural stone paths lead through the garden and offer the opportunity for a meditative stroll in absolute tranquillity and a sheltered, private atmosphere. The pool area is located in the middle of the greenery, directly in front of the lush building with a somewhat sacred character. The huge pool with meandering pool edge provides refreshment and sporty relaxation. Another special highlight is the separate whirlpool, which is also set into the surrounding sun terrace and on which numerous stylish aluminium loungers are available for relaxing and sunbathing, with shade in the form of parasols if required. From the spacious, covered dining terrace by the house, you have a beautiful view over the pool area and can watch the children playing from here. Adjacent to the lounge is a smaller terrace with a seating area for a smaller group. The owners had the house built with great attention to detail according to their own ideas and taste and this high standard can be felt everywhere, including inside the house.

As soon as you enter the spacious vestibule, you sense a touch of exclusivity. Inside the bright house, you will notice countless details that are an example of absolute, classic elegance. This also applies to the large lounge with its cosy fireplace and comfortable sofa set. A wide maress passageway leads to the equally well-designed dining room with a fine wooden table and matching seating. The floor is covered in dark wood, countless windows bathe the brightly painted rooms in soft light and discreet ceiling spotlights illuminate the rooms in the evening. On the other side of the foyer you will find the large living and kitchen area with plenty of space, furnished with chic country-style furniture. The high-quality equipment with electrical appliances leaves nothing to be desired.
The contrasting colour of the yellow dining table is repeated on the worktop and on the elegant kitchen cupboards. A total of five spacious bedrooms are spread over two levels, two of which have en-suite bathrooms - you would think you were sleeping in Abraham's lap. One of these is located on the ground floor next to a second, attractively furnished double room. The double room on the upper floor is more like a suite, as it not only has a bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, but also direct access to its own terrace. Bedrooms four and five share an elegant bathroom in the hallway with a sophisticated tile design. Last but not least, there is another highlight: in the basement of the well-kept property there is a fitness room with weight benches. For practical reasons, a shower has also been installed on this level. Of course, you can also move your activities from the charming dream home to the beautiful surroundings. The villa has a lift that reaches all levels. The lift can be activated and used on request.

There is constant correspondence in the region about the undoubtedly high quality of the property. The villa is located close to a quiet country road that connects the coastal town of Can Picafort with Santa Margalida. Visit the pretty Santa Margalida, one of the most beautiful villages on the island, which has managed to retain its authentic charm. The old harbour town of Can Picafort, where a lovely weekly market takes place every Friday, is just as easy to reach. You can stroll through the old town and discover some bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious bite to eat. The beach of the same name is a good 6 km from the property. Can Picafort is part of the Bay of Alcudia, which connects kilometres of beautiful sandy beaches like a string of pearls. Shopping, lively culture, beach life - however you choose to spend your varied holidays, your stay at Villa Vernisa will give you a holiday in a class of its own. The exclusive villa property with its park-like garden and numerous extras offers relaxation in a completely tranquil location between the charming town of Santa Margalida and the coastal resort of Can Picafort.
