The magnificent view of the Llevant mountains and the gentle floods at Cala Mesquida characterise the location. The outdoor area of the two-storey villa in the east of the island near Capdepera and Cala Ratjada also impresses with its green versatility. As there are fewer neighbours, the entire property is wonderfully private, allowing you to enjoy the luxuriously landscaped property with its tiled outdoor pool, sun terrace, lounge and sun loungers as well as the completely secluded whirlpool in peace and quiet. A barbecue and a covered terrace on the veranda of the family-friendly modern holiday home with a maritime character round off the pampering programme. The pretty palm trees and the Mallorcan ornamental fountain are just some of the details that give this exquisite Mallorcan villa its esprit.

The Balearic spirit of lightness is also reflected in the bright interior of the beach house. The terrace with the polyrattan dining area is the central meeting point, as you have direct access to the outdoor dining area from the spacious living and dining room and the separate kitchen. High ceilings, natural colours such as terracotta and warm wood tones define the feel-good character and at the same time lend a contemporary weightlessness. However, modern technology is not missing in the fully equipped kitchen or in the chic bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower en suite on the upper floor and the second with a bathtub on the ground floor). For a restful night's sleep, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a small balcony and a walk-in wardrobe.
