Punta des Port 13 is a house in the typical Cala d'Or style: like most of the buildings here, it is painted in bright white and has two floors in a simple, modern and cubic style similar to many houses on the neighbouring island of Ibiza. Thanks to its south-facing location, the beautiful villa is literally kissed by the sun and is a real holiday dream, especially as the 1,000 m² property has a 10 metre long, sloping pool with a bright pool Yellow sun loungers and parasols invite you to take a dip and cool off. But you can also take a break on the sunny and shady terrace areas right next to the house to enjoy delicacies from the barbecue or read a good book with a cool drink. From the roof terrace and the balcony on the upper floor, you even have a marvellous view of the nearby sea. Children will find plenty of space to play on the lawn in the garden or can challenge each other to an exciting game of table tennis.

The interior of the villa is bright and cosy throughout thanks to the large windows. White walls and floors in natural colours reflect the wonderful Mediterranean light, so that the summery atmosphere continues from the outdoor area into the rooms. The rooms are classically furnished with dark wooden furniture as a contrast. On the ground floor, next to the entrance area, there is an open-plan living and dining area, separated only by two steps, with inviting armchairs and sofas for cosy evenings and an oval glass table that provides a wonderful place to eat. Speaking of food: You can prepare culinary delights in the chic white kitchen, which also has space for another table handy for a small breakfast or a quick snack. Two discreetly furnished double bedrooms with a spacious bathroom and guest WC round off the living comfort on this floor, while the upper floor has two further bedrooms, a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe with enough space for an extensive holiday wardrobe.

Do you love the sun and being close to the sea? Then this holiday villa is just right for you. Your home is south-facing, just 115 metres from the Mediterranean Sea in a residential area. Make sure you take a walk through the neighbourhood and enjoy the view of the swaying boats, tall palm trees and green mountains. Cala Egos beach is only approx. 900 m away. The bay is nestled between two hotels and boasts a good infrastructure. The village of Cala d'Or is 3.3 km away via a road that is easily audible from the property. In addition to lush bays and sandy beaches, the small town offers a mixture of quiet corners as well as restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shopping facilities. The centre of the town is the marina with its yacht club where you can admire up to 600 boats. Lots of sun and the scent of the sea everywhere: you can have all of this if you decide to spend your holiday at Villa Punta des Port 13 in beautiful Cala d'Or. The modern house is located in a great south-facing position just 115 metres from the sea in a residential area. The property has a well-kept garden, a pool and various terrace areas, while the surrounding area invites you to take relaxing walks. The nearest bay, Cala Egos, is only 900 metres away.

The air conditioning in the accommodation is included in the price, but its use is limited to 9 hours per day. Use after that is optional and must be paid for in cash on site. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
