The newly built villa "Sa Cantera" is situated in a quiet yet convenient location between Algaida and San Gual. Surrounded by flowering oleanders and young palm and oak trees, the villa has an inviting L-shaped pool with a comfortable entrance and space for eight wooden loungers shaded by bamboo umbrellas.

Enjoy al fresco meals on a covered terrace near the main house with a barbecue. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the access to a nearby tennis court. Inside, the villa exudes light and elegance with white walls, light-coloured tiles and chic baroque furniture. "Sa Cantera" is a newly built villa with main and guest house with lots of rustic charm and traditional touches in a beautiful, secluded rural location near the town of Algaida. Algaida is only 10 minutes away for daily shopping. Shopping and culture can be enjoyed in the island's capital Palma, which is only 20 minutes away by car. The distance to the beach and the sea is about the same, as Platja de Palma or Cuidad Jardin are about the same distance away.
