La Calderera is a true showpiece and at the same time so charming and magical that you simply feel at home here. So it's no wonder that this indescribably beautiful country house has already been featured in Schöner Wohnen and Casa y Campo. The outdoor area alone is unreal. The artistic garden design consists of a seemingly random combination of huge palm trees, cypresses, olive and fruit trees as well as lush, flowering and succulent plants spread across extensive plots. Cobblestone walls and natural stone terraces appear almost naturally grown and not designed at all. Seating areas are laid out like hidden treasures: covered terraces at the front and back of the house; a relaxed lounge in the garden; and a pergola adorned with sweet purple flowers and a seating area leading to the pool area near the house. The pool itself, decorated with turquoise mosaic stone, is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers, pretty benches and a lovely collection of café accessories with a covered area. A book to read, a cool drink in the shade, a nice chat with friends, a nightcap after an exuberant barbecue in the covered outdoor kitchen with its practical barbecue and inviting dining area - here you will find your favourite place for all your holiday activities, because La Calderera has a truly exquisite selection. The contemporary ecological orientation should not go unmentioned, which is reflected both in the solar power supply and the presence of a private water well.

The interior of this tastefully furnished country house, which we highly recommend, is as private and yet personal as the garden. Both outside and inside, it is the lovely little details that ensure that visitors can quickly relax. These details are so random that they almost seem conspicuous, yet they create a thoroughly coherent and harmonious effect. This is the art of great interior design; the naturalness and restraint of the finish, perfectly harmonised with the island, give the villa a wonderful aura. Traditional craftsmanship in the form of antiques, rural artefacts, typical ceramics and neo-baroque furniture is carefully combined with a touch of vintage and country house style, resulting in a timeless design that will last for centuries. The spacious living area of the cobblestone house with its azure blue shutters extends over two floors. On the lower floor you will find the cosy living room with fireplace, rounded off by a grand piano. And of course there is a cosy TV corner. The adjoining room with access to one of the terraces is a truly enchanting, fully equipped country-style kitchen in sky blue, skilfully combined with natural wood furniture. Two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite to the neighbouring bedroom) are located on the ground floor, while the third is on the first floor, along with the three cosy bedrooms, one of which has two single beds.

After a good night's sleep, start the day with a light breakfast and plan your day. Relaxing in the garden or pool at La Calderera is certainly a great way to unwind. But the surrounding resorts are also an attractive option, as the property is close to a country road that opens up the southern part of the island. The road itself can sometimes be heard depending on the wind direction. Felanitx and Manacor can be reached in a very short time. This is the perfect location not only for shopping, but also for cultural excursions. Or perhaps take a walk to the Sant Salvador monastery, which is perched on a mountain near Felanitx and is one of the island's landmarks. Although the pool is breathtaking, the so-called Calas de Mallorca, with their sometimes rugged rock formations and fine sandy beaches that invite you to swim, will amaze you as much as anything else. The exquisite beauty of Villa La Calderera with its garden oasis offers a cheerful selection of seating areas and a wonderful pool landscape. This exceptional holiday home is located just north of Felanitx in a rural setting. There are shops as well as a market on Sunday mornings - a great start to the day. The incredible beaches to the east, including unimaginable natural beaches such as Cala Varques, are easily accessible by car.
