This farmhouse on Mallorca exudes a fresh, light summer atmosphere and is ideal for one or two families. The varied, completely private garden area offers many opportunities to choose your favourite daily outdoor spot on the lawns and terraces. Perhaps it's right next to the house, under the olive tree, where you can make yourself so cosy on the polyrattan sun island? Or maybe it's the beautiful wooden bench where two or three people can sit together? Or is it the dining table that invites you to eat together or have a barbecue? Covered by an awning, the afternoon coffee or a cool drink tastes particularly delicious in the small lounge or from the armchairs, which you can place in a sunny or shady spot depending on the time of day. One of your favourite spots is the pool, which promises a welcome cool-down, especially on hot days. There is also a practical outdoor shower and an outdoor bath, which you are sure to appreciate during your holiday. You can sunbathe, relax and unwind on the comfortable loungers provided.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The interior of the farmhouse has a wonderful maritime flair. The colours and decoration send out an unmistakable signal: you are close to the sea here. So even if you don't have a day at the beach, you'll always have the sea breeze with you. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with space for another dining table in front of the huge floor-to-ceiling window. Three of the four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite, are also located on this living level. The bedrooms and bathrooms boast a modern yet timeless style characterised by clear shapes, colour harmony and lightness. Particularly original is the fourth sleeping accommodation on the first floor with two single beds, which are located on a kind of open gallery and are sure to be especially popular with younger holiday guests. We give this holiday home in Mallorca our unreserved recommendation!

Surrounded by greenery and at the same time less than 2 km from the nearest supermarket and the urban environment in Manacor, this pretty farmhouse is situated on a wonderfully varied plot of 4,000 m². Beautiful natural beaches such as Platja de Sa Rapita, Ses Covetes and Es Trenc are just 19 to 21 km away. The nearby road, which is acoustically perceptible depending on the wind, brings a wide variety of excursion destinations within easy reach and the Ma-15 motorway takes you quickly from Manacor to Artà or Cala Ratjada, for example.
