Martijoan is a prime example of a private Mallorcan country house. Our aerial photos emphasise the location on the Campo, even if you can already see the Manacor skyline in the background. The area is dominated by agricultural land which, together with the beautiful garden, adds to the charm of the villa. Take a leisurely stroll around the property, where you will find attractive seating areas both in the garden and in the house. Shady terraces with daybeds, breakfast spots for your morning coffee, bamboo or fabric sunshades with cool furniture, a dining area on the veranda, a seating area on the upstairs balcony, the cosy corner in the garden in front of the pond - these are just some of the areas worth discovering and which will delight your children in particular. In addition to exploring the outdoor area, there is a fitness and games room in the garage for young and old alike. There are also goals for a football match and nothing stands in the way of a table tennis or table football tournament. Two other highlights should also be mentioned: the large pool and the covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and oven. The pool is embedded in a terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers and a chill lounge made of wicker furniture. The outdoor toilet is particularly practical, as it means you don't have to interrupt your activities for too long. In the summer kitchen you can prepare a barbecue of fresh fish, meat and vegetables and enjoy the flavoursome produce that Mallorca has to offer.

The well-kept new-build villa with the charm of a Mallorcan country property offers a fabulous layout, perfect if you are travelling with two or more families. The house is fully furnished on both floors, each with a living room and kitchen, so that you can spend your holiday together despite some separation. On the ground floor, the country kitchen with fireplace is next to the dining area and adjoins the open-plan living area. The furniture is of high quality and is traditionally complemented with antique furniture. The interior design is very modern, with a touch of nostalgia. A piano completes the appealing ensemble on the ground floor, which also has two exquisitely furnished bedrooms with plenty of storage space and a modern bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs you will find a similar layout with a living room, a very modern, fully equipped kitchen centred around a convivial cooking island and a fireplace. Three air-conditioned bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a modern shower room complete this self-contained unit, making it perfect for a second family. On the upper floor there is also a covered balcony with pool view, where you can spend pleasant hours enjoying the beautiful view. This layout provides a larger group of travellers with a very pleasant degree of autonomy - one holiday rhythm does not disturb the other and the time spent together barbecuing and playing is purely for relaxation. Please note: Due to a current technical setting on the digital electricity meter, the three air conditioning units must be switched on one after the other and cannot be used at the same time.

If a family deliberately opts for a rural villa, as is the case with the recommended Martijoan, they can feel particularly free. It is even nicer when you are almost within sight of a town. As the versatile villa is conveniently located near a road that can be heard at times, Manacor can be reached in 5 minutes by car. However, Manacor is not just any town, but the second largest in Mallorca. Translated, the name means hand on heart and this really reflects how beautiful the town is. It is not only known for its pearl industry, but also for pottery, wine and much more. A fruit and vegetable market is held daily (except Sundays) in Placa Constitucio. Everything is perfect for a self-determined holiday with friends and family.

The wonderful layout and fabulous facilities of the family-friendly Villa Martijoan are ideal for two families travelling together. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden landscape with many details and is located in the countryside, approx. 3 km from Manacor. Here you can do your daily shopping or enjoy an extended shopping tour. Fantastically beautiful beaches that are less popular with tourists, such as Cala Varques, can be easily reached by car.
