Villa Sa Tanca is situated in a very quiet and idyllic location in the pretty east of Mallorca, where the gently rising hills of the Serra Levant characterise a typically Mediterranean, uniquely beautiful coastal landscape. Here you can enjoy your privacy without feeling restricted by walls or fences. The long pool is surrounded by lawns where you can relax in the sun and the children can run around and play. High hedges provide additional comfort and look attractive at the same time. There is a particularly beautiful south-facing seating area in front of the house. From here you have a great view of the garden and can also enjoy the Mediterranean light to the full. Whether in the morning or late in the evening, it is a lovely place with a feel-good factor. The round dining table is a wonderful place to linger or enjoy a meal together. In the evening, you can celebrate hearty barbecues and prepare and enjoy fresh regional specialities on the grill. The pool is easily accessible via a ladder. Two parasols are available to protect you if the UV rays get too strong. Regardless of the time of day, there is always some breezy, natural shade on the property to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There is a parking space for your car in front of the house.

A living area of 302 m² awaits you in the light-flooded interior of the house. Light-coloured walls harmonise with the terracotta tiles as well as the wooden windows and furniture with their beautiful, colourful fabrics. Selected pictures on the walls embellish the rooms. This skilful composition creates a particularly tasteful and cosy ambience in which you will quickly feel at home. A large combined living/dining room with a small library and fireplace fulfils all your indoor relaxation needs. Another inviting place to sit and enjoy is a kind of conservatory, which can be completely opened up to a covered terrace in the warmer months and is equipped with an additional sofa and dining table. The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the essentials for your holiday. Facilities include a dishwasher, kettle and an Italian and filter coffee machine. Four strikingly renovated and air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, round off the relaxing features of this holiday home. The bathrooms are bright and cosy. An iron and hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

From Villa Sa Tanca, it is less than 4 km to the nearest coastal town of Portocristo with its own sweeping harbour and beach coves, above which there is a pretty promenade with shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. There is also a weekly market worth seeing and several large, well-stocked supermarkets for your daily needs. One excursion you should definitely make in Portocristo is the so-called Caves of Drac, a unique stalactite cave with Europe's largest underground lake. In addition to this small town, there are also several great beaches within easy reach. They are all fine white sandy beaches and most of them have shallow access to the sea. The villa offers an ideal starting point for a varied beach holiday. The beautifully situated Villa Sa Tanca is less than 4 km from the gateway to the picturesque harbour town of Portocristo. Numerous beaches, the so-called Calas de Mallorca, are within easy reach. Portocristo is only about 5 minutes away by car and here you will find everything you need for shopping and an evening out.

Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or stag party group as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be the case on arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
