The modern Finca Roig has a fantastic garden with a lawn and comfortable sun loungers. The infinity pool, measuring 15 x 3 metres and with a depth of 1.6 metres, is located right next to the house and looks particularly attractive. If you want some peace and relaxation after a strenuous swim, you can make yourself comfortable on the covered terrace or, alternatively, you can swing in one of the comfortable hammocks and simply let your mind wander. If that's too boring for you, you can also play a game of table tennis - after all, the villa has its own table tennis table! Or you can treat yourself to a long walk and explore the surrounding countryside at your leisure. And if you're starving on your return, you can switch on the barbecue. Or you can savour traditional Mallorcan recipes and fresh tapas from the weekly market in Manacor with a glass of local wine. Simply have a great time!

The interior of Roig is a real beauty of interior design with its trendy white style and numerous small but fine decorative extras. The villa has large, bright windows, which definitely contribute to the pleasant feeling of cosiness. The absolute highlight of the entire interior is certainly the spacious living, kitchen and dining area, which impresses with its openness and striking size while remaining true to the style of the house - simply magnificent! The kitchen itself is of course fully equipped with every comfort and invites you to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them at the dining table with ample seating. Should the sky over your house get a little dark, you can make yourself comfortable on the cosy sofa and enjoy the spectacular flat-screen TV. The three double rooms are just as modern and friendly as everything else and each have a bathroom (one of which even has a spacious bathtub) Comfort is definitely a priority here!

Nestled in the countryside and slightly elevated on a plateau, the elegant Roig estate is the centrepiece of the east of the island. The village of Colònia de Sant Pere, known for its pretty little harbour, incredible beach and numerous quiet cafés and bars, is just 15 km away. Artà, Manacor and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar are also not far away and are all excellent excursion and shopping destinations.
