This luxurious villa "Conies Salvia" is located on a 20,000 m² plot between Manacor and Colonia Sant Pere and offers a retreat that is unrivalled on Mallorca. It was built in 2010 on the edge of the Son Cifre nature reserve and combines modern design with absolute privacy.

Large terraces surround the villa and lead to a separate pool area with a manicured lawn and mature trees, creating a tranquil environment to relax in. The covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and spacious dining table is perfect for enjoying meals on balmy evenings.

Inside, the villa has spacious, modern rooms. The living area has comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with its stylish red tiles offers all the amenities you need for a self-catering holiday. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Upstairs there are four large suites with double beds (1.8 x 2 metres), a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a safe, a minibar and a luxurious bathroom with a whirlpool bath.

With central heating throughout, this villa is the ideal retreat for year-round comfort.

The luxury villa is located in the middle of the naturally beautiful Son Cifre region in the eastern part of Mallorca. This nature reserve stretches from Artà to Manacor. If you want to go shopping, Manacor has several large supermarkets and very nice restaurants, both Mallorcan and international. With a hire car you can easily and quickly reach beaches in the south-east, such as Cala Varquez, or in the north-east, such as Son Serra de Marina. The bay of Colonia de Sant Pere, a small, quiet fishing village, is only a 15-minute drive away.
