Nestled amidst the picturesque Southern Ardèche, this farmhouse holiday rental is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, with a prime location between Provence and Cévennes; an ideal base to explore the region's beauty.

Part of a private property encompassing four other holiday homes, each with its own pool, the farmhouse ensures privacy with the other homes 600 - 1000 m away. The closest shops lie in Saint Ambroix, approximately 5 km away.

The farmhouse presents a ground floor featuring an open kitchen connected to the living area, along with one bedroom and shower room.
The remaining bedrooms are upstairs.

Outside, the property spans unfenced land, featuring a pétanque ground and table tennis. A private and fenced swimming pool measuring 9.5 m X 4.5 m, a pool-house equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers amplify the outdoor experience.

The holiday rental is situated in Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières, between Barjac and Saint Ambroix in Southern Ardèche, not far from Uzès and Vallon Pont d'Arc. You will find all the shops in Saint Ambroix, about 5 km away.
Nearby you can visit the many charming villages and markets with regional specialties to taste. For water sports you are close to the Ardèche gorges and the Cèze Valley.
The central location between Southern Ardèche, Provence and Cévennes is ideal to discover the region and its many caves: Pont d'Arc Cave, Aven d'Orgnac, the Cocalière, the Salamander ...
The famous bamboo park near Anduze and the little steam train of the Cévennes are also very worth visiting.
