Nestled between vineyards and olive trees, this holiday farmhouse in the southern Ardèche is a peaceful retreat with a private pool and breathtaking views of the countryside between Provence and the Cévennes. With a spacious living area, the farmhouse offers a delightful layout for comfort and relaxation. On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen with direct access to the outside. A cosy living room as well as a laundry room and two bedrooms are also located on the ground floor. Accessed from the living room, the upper level offers additional comfort with a shower room and the remaining bedrooms, including one that is ideal for children. Outside, the property extends over an unfenced plot and has amenities such as a pétanque court, table tennis and shaded areas near the terraces. The private, fenced pool is secured by walls and a gate and measures 10.5 m x 5 m, with a depth of 0.8 m to 1.8 m and has sun loungers. In addition, an external staircase leads to a roof terrace solarium. The house is located in Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières, between Barjac and Saint Ambroix in the southern Ardèche, not far from Uzès and Vallon Pont d'Arc. Shopping facilities can be found in Saint Ambroix, about 5 km away. Nearby, you can visit the many charming villages and markets where you can sample regional specialities. For water sports enthusiasts, you are close to the Ardèche gorges and the Cèze valley. The central location between the southern Ardèche, Provence and the Cévennes is ideal for discovering the region and its many caves: Pont d'Arc cave, Aven d'Orgnac, the Cocalière, the Salamander. The famous bamboo park near Anduze and the small steam railway of the Cévennes are also worth a visit. Please note: daily pool maintenance takes place early in the morning.
