Villa Lara is a modern and beautiful villa near Porec, in Tar-Vabriga. The villa is dominated by elegant white, blue, turquoise and black lines.
Villa Lara has 4 bedrooms with double beds, each with an en-suite bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 + 2 guests. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, a dining area with space for up to 10 people and a spacious living area with a fireplace. From here you have access to the covered terrace with adjoining garden/pool area and the cozy lounge area. The space on the first floor is perfectly rounded off by one of the bedrooms with adjoining en-suite shower room and the guest WC. You reach the upper floor via a real wood staircase and have access from the hallway to all 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning and TV. Villa Lara has a beautifully landscaped garden and a very well-kept outdoor area. The approx. 900 m2 plot of the villa leaves nothing to be desired and impresses with its heated saltwater pool, the covered dining area and the brick-built outdoor barbecue. Your youngest children are sure to love the garden playhouse. The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 2 cars and offers all the amenities for a relaxing vacation.
Villa Lara is located in Tar-Vabriga, just a 10-minute drive from Porec. Around Porec there is
so much more to see and experience than sun and sea. In Porec itself you will find museums, galleries and other sights. The entire city center is a living cultural monument. You should not miss a visit to the Euphrasian Basilica.
It was built in the middle of the 6th century in Byzantine style and is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. The streets of Porec are home to numerous galleries and exhibition spaces that preserve tradition in a modern way. Another
another great way to get to know Istria is its exceptional gastronomy. The first restaurant is just a few minutes' walk from the villa. The first beaches are only about 2.5 km from the villa. Porec is also for sports enthusiasts
an extremely attractive destination. Tennis, golf, beach volleyball, soccer, horse riding, cycling, hiking, quad biking and various water sports will make your sporting heart beat faster.
