In front of the villa there is a large saltwater pool where you can relax with your favorite drink in your hand while enjoying the view of the untouched nature. Outside you will also find a covered terrace with barbecue and dining table where you can enjoy pleasant summer evenings with family and friends. There will never be a dull moment in this villa, as there is table tennis and table soccer in the room by the pool.
The interior of the villa exudes Istrian style, which is perfectly integrated into the modern design with high-quality furnishings. On the first floor of the villa you will find a spacious living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor there are three beautifully furnished bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony with a magnificent view of the Istrian olive trees and Mount Ucka.

Visiting wine cellars and tasting Istrian specialties such as truffles and prosciutto is a must. Nearby are the towns of Labin and Rabac, known for their unique ateliers, where you can enjoy art at every turn. These towns have excellent beaches and restaurants and also offer activities such as: Tennis, golf, beach volleyball and water sports. The adrenaline parks and diving center in Krnica Bay, located next to cycling and hiking trails, are a must for adrenaline lovers. The nearest beach in Plomin is only 7 km away from the villa.
