Villa Luvi is located in the charming and picturesque little village of Mrgani, near the town of Rovinj. This is the perfect place if you want to spend your vacation in a beautiful modern living space close to the tourist hotspots of Istria, but still want to experience the charm and tranquility of a typical Istrian village. This is an old Istrian country house that has been renovated so that you can enjoy it to the fullest. The villa has 4 bedrooms, three of which have double beds, while the fourth has two single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor you will find a chic modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy preparing delicious meals for your loved ones. As the first floor is designed as an open-plan living area, the cozy sofas and TV are just a step away from the kitchen. Outside you will find an outdoor dining area, an outdoor kitchen, private parking for two cars and of course the best of all - a private pool where you will find refreshment during the hot summer days. Nothing more to say than - just enjoy!
Only the larger house is rented out. The smaller, adjoining house is not for rent. But don't worry, you will have your privacy because no one lives in the smaller building.The vacation villa is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula near the small town of Kanfanar. The old architecture of the town and the surrounding villages is well preserved, vineyards and olive trees dominate this area with its warm, Mediterranean climate. Kanfanar and the surrounding countryside are well known, not only for its historical and cultural heritage, but also for its excellent and authentic Istrian cuisine. Istria is a unique, enchanting place that has been welcoming visitors and settlers from all over the world for as long as there have been historical records. A great place to enjoy food, wine and history - and of course to relax.
