Beautiful villa Elli is located in Sv. Lovreč, in one of the best-preserved cities in Istria. Istria is a region visited every summer by many curious, both domestic and foreign tourists, eager to have fun, relax and swim on beautiful beaches. If you are one of them, dare to afford a holiday in the villa and indulge in the charms that it generously offers!

Villa Elli was built in a rustic style in 2009 and underwent a complete renovation in 2022 when it became a luxury holiday facility. At your disposal is 178 m2, while the total area of the property is 1202 m2, and the villa is fully air-conditioned. It is 15 km away from the nearest sea, and the nearest beach is in the town of Poreč.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 9 and optimally 8 people, which will be arranged in 4 bedrooms. In two rooms there are double beds (both dimensions 180x200), and in the remaining two there are two single beds (90x200). If necessary, a sofa bed in the upstairs room can be used as an extra bed. Two bathrooms have both a shower and a bathtub, while one bathroom has only a bathtub.

The beautifully decorated living room features two sofas, a coffee table, two seating areas, and a romantic fireplace. Next to the living room, there is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals.

On the outdoor terrace, you will be greeted by a pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. On the sun deck, there are 8 deck chairs that will be an ideal opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun. You also have the opportunity to prepare meals on the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood.

Additional facilities include a washing machine and iron, and a separate toilet. There is also a concierge service at your disposal, which can be done by prior arrangement.

Inside the courtyard of Villa Elli there are two private parking spaces. Children will enjoy playing table football and table tennis.

Istria is very famous for wine tours, olive oil tours, and the youngest ones will love aquaparks or cycling. There is also a ski lift in Poreč, water sports, and sightseeing of historical monuments and cities.

The beauties of Poreč are sometimes hidden by crowds of visitors from all over the world who enjoy the hospitality and excellent service. If you look closely, you will be able to see the remains of ancient Rome, and in the port, you will find evidence of Venetian rule from the 18th century. Istria has something for everyone: whether you love history, art, sports, good food, or wine.
