Lucinkas Holiday house with two bedrooms

Our holiday home with private pool, has several terraces, and a closed parking. The house is located in the middle of the wine region Languedoc-Roussillon, in the 'natural park of the Haut-languedoc'.
Our guest house, called “gîte” in French, is located about 50 km from the Mediterranean Sea and at the foot of the l'espinouse mountains, just outside the village of La Tour sur Orb.
A quiet wine village in the middle of vineyards and forests; and near the River Orb. From here you have the opportunity to discover our region with all its attractions. By car, by bicycle, on foot, ... everything is possible. The choice is yours.

Furnishing
The house includes: fully equipped open kitchen; dining room; lounge with TV; two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and separate toilet; a separate storage room; and terraces.
Entire house has air conditioning.
Bedroom furnishing:
Both rooms have a double bed 160 x 200, wardrobe and sitting furniture.
Kitchen equipment: Microwave-oven, oven, electric Kitchener, hood, refrigerator with small freezer, dish-washer, sufficient glassware and tableware, kitchen equipment.

Terraces:
There are 2 terraces at the house. A small terrace with bench from which you have a beautiful view over the valley. And a large terrace with dining table and chairs, to strengthen the inner man, or to just be together and enjoy a good glass of wine ... From this terrace you have a view of our private wood. On this terrace you will also find sunbeds to enjoy the southern sun.

    “Een echte aanrader! Zeer duidelijke communicatie met de eigenaar vanaf de reservatie. Super onthaal en super vriendelijke mensen. Het huis is deels onder dak met de eigenaar maar daar heb je geen last van. Het huis is super gezellig ingericht en echt alles is aanwezig! Het enige wat je hoeft in te pakken, zijn je kleren. Lakens en handdoeken zijn aanwezig en alle producten voor het huishouden zijn voorzien. En als je iets nodig hebt, hoef je het maar te vragen. Het zwembad is zeer leuk. Je hebt verschillende terrassen, overdekt en niet overdekt. Het huis ligt aan de rand van een dorpje, ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te ontdekken. Als je van rust en natuur houdt, is dit een aanrader! Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug!”
