The apartment have a big bright bedroom with a comfortable huge king size bed, high quality cotton bed sheets with nice design, bed side tables, lamps, ceiling fan, wardrobe, two windows with retractable mosquito screens, security steel bars and a/c unit at a supplement per night. At the entrance there is a new fully equipped kitchen which has a bamboo table with 4 chairs, a big gas stove with 6 burners and oven, a big refrigerator with freezer, a double sink, kitchen cabinets, Italian coffee machine, American coffee maker, toaster, blender, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, ceiling fan, mosquito screens and steel bars; the living-room has a double queen sofa bed (for 2 more extra people), two comfortable armchairs, two coffee table and flat screen tv with internet connection; the new bathroom has a very particular sink, a big mirror, beautiful tiles with mosaic, the toilet and a large shower with sliding tempered glass doors and travertine floor. The covered patio has a table with 2 chairs and the garden all around is with lawn, 2 sun beds, palm trees and a nice hammock. In the apartment there are also 110 volt american sockets and 220 volts european sockets with all adapters . It’s also available free of charge a fast Internet connection with Optic Fiber with 300 MBps of speed in download and 100 MBps in upload with Ethernet cable, wireless connection (Wi-Fi), water, light, bed linens, bath towels, snorkeling gear and boogie boards. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower with few hoses and next the property a big parking area. We offer our guests a wide selection of water sport equipment for rental such as Surf boards, Windsurf, Kite and also car rental.

We are in a very quiet area (it’s a closed road so that no traffic) only 80 meters far from the sea, 120 meters from the beach of Silver Sands, 280 meters away from Rescue Beach, and 410 meters from Silver Rock Beach. We have also Surfer's Bay Restaurant and Pub, which is 120 meters from us. We are 7 minutes away by car from Oistins (where there is the famous Fish Market, shops, a large supermarket, bank, pharmacy, gas station, etc.) and 15 minutes from St. Lawrence Gap with great restaurants, outdoor cafés, pubs and shops. At a few minutes by walk (400 meters) there is the bus stop which leads to Oistins, St. Lawrence until Bridgetown. We also have taxi service that runs 24/7. There is also a mini mart in the nearby, close to the bus stop. The Airport is only 15 minutes away by car. We normally suggest always to rent a car to go around the island
