The standig individually holiday home is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Podstrana. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The villa is located in Gornja Podstrana, an ethno-eco village protected by UNESCO.
Gornja Podstrana is an oasis of calm, attractive landscape and moderate tourism.
It is rich in cultural and historical heritage, the most beautiful old churches in Dalmatia.The hill of Perun, the Old Slavic deity, stretches through Upper Podstrana. 4 hiking trails with signposts and for holidaymakers lead through it, combining the natural diversity from the sea coast to the mountain peak. Hiking enthusiasts can enjoy an impressive view of the sea.
The lower part has 5 bike lanes. For horse lovers and adrenaline lovers, Gornja Podstrana offers off-road rides with panoramic views of the archipelago of the islands of Hvar, Brac, Solta, Vis, Čiovo and the city of Split, as well as cross-motorcycling on the route Perun , - Gornja Podstrana - Omis.
