The Avenida Mountain Resort, with a wonderful view of the Kitzsteinhorn (3023m) and the surrounding mountains, is modern and stylishly furnished for 1-8 persons.
The residential complex has a wellness area with sauna and an indoor pool. The apartments are equipped with TV, Internet, underground parking. The Avenida Mountain Resort is situated in the best location in the center of Kaprun.
The final cleaning is not included and need to be paid extra on the day of arrival.
The cozily furnished penthouse consists of three large bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are three bathrooms in the flat. The spacious living area has an open-plan kitchen, a large dining table and a cozy seating area with a fireplace. The balcony can be reached via the living room. There you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Kitzsteinhorn, Maiskogel and Schmittenhöhe mountains.
The final cleaning costs of € 215,- need to be paid extra on the day of arrival.
