This beautiful farm is located in Muro, 3 kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Muro. It is equipped for 8 to 10 people, and is distributed in 5 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 3 single beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, kitchen with appliances. Living room and dining room with table and chairs for 12 people with TV 60 '' and German satellite channels.

Outside you can enjoy your pool 12x 5 square meters with hammocks, barbecue, gardens and spectacular mountain views. Pergola with bathroom and shower with Balinese hammocks.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00   

€ 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00   

€ 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.   

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.  

The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a fee of 0.25 € / kw.  

Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night   

'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   

The “ECOTASA” (tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. Further information about that amount can be find in the following link:
