“This could have been a wonderful experience,
but each component of the vacation was more complicated and annoying than it needed to be.The apartment is cute and in a great location but everything else is a struggle.Firstly the entry is difficult.A lockbox with the key is mounted at ceiling height making it impossible to read the numbered keys to get into the box.The apartment is up 110 stairs - not mentioned in the description.The bed is a hard murphy bed.The TV randomly came on without being touched (once in the middle of the night) and when I unplugged it I got a huge electrical shock.There were no niceties.No list of local restaurants they recommend,
no map,
no useful information at all.The host left 1 full roll and 1 half roll of toilet paper for 2 people for a week.If cleanliness was the only issue I wouldn't mention it as it wasn't too bad,
but definitely not very clean and as that was just one more annoyance I am noting it here.But the worst was there was no heat.First week of October.Should have been ok,
but Paris was experiencing a cold snap with night time temperatures going down to 4.7 one night and 6.8 another night.The heat could not be turned on and the host indicated that they had no control over the building heat.Despite daily contact with the host,
no solution was provided until the last day when I was advised I could buy a space heater and ask them for reimbursement.Certainly if they knew that the individual apartment could not control the heat they could have provided a heater so that guests had some control over their own comfort.Checkout was also a nightmare.Host knew I had an early flight and would be leaving in the wee hours of the morning.No hallway lighting (motion detector at bottom of staircase but not at the top) so a long dark trip down 110 stairs with a suitcase.All of these issues are easily fixed but there was no effort made.”

“Tout le monde est normalement content de son séjour. Je suis désolé pour le chauffage, c'est la copropriété et non moi qui décide de la date d'allumage. Je vous ai proposé un chauffage mais c'était trop tard, vous ne m'avez jamais appelé pour que je l'organise. J'ai changé la TV car elle avait un souci, je ne pouvais pas le savoir avant. Le studio est normalement très apprécié et régulièrement entretenu pour passer un très bon séjour, tous les autres commentaires sont positifs, je continuerai à l'entretenir pour que tout le monde passe un bon séjour.”

“Très joli studio avec charme de l’ancien dans un quartier très recherché. Le fait de pouvoir entrer dans le logement par nous-mêmes est très pratique. Le propriétaire réactif. Nous recommandons vivement cette location ! Positiv: La localisation, le style ancien parisien du studio, sa propreté Negativ: Les couchages : la taille (petit) du lit double et le convertible sans surmatelas inconfortable Restaurant: Restaurant Royal Vendôme - Restaurant bistro Monique avec produits locaux : nourriture fine et excellente. Le service est sympathique. Ausflüge: Musée du Louvre - Prendre les tickets online à l’avance”
