Holiday Apartment in Casares with Underground Garage and Mountain Views
Brand new luxury apartment in the beautiful grounds of Alcazaba Lagoon, surrounded by views of the mountains, sea and manicured gardens. Alcazaba Lagoon is home to Europe’s largest swimming pool and you will have free access for 4 people. There is a fantastic restaurant and relaxed chiringuito bar within the complex. Estepona Town, Estepona Golf and local supermarkets are all a short drive, making this apartment the perfect place to stay.
This brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is situated in the gorgeous urbanizacion of Alcazaba Lagoon, boasting both sea and mountain views. Within the gated community you will find a number of great amenities such as a restaurant, beach style café, a handful of swimming pools dotted between the apartment blocks, and also the impressive ‘Alcazaba Lagoon’ – Europe’s largest man made lagoon. Using the FOUR wristbands included in your rental, you will be able to visit the lagoon as often as you like, and enjoy all of the watersports on offer there including paddleboarding, kayaking and pedalos, completely free of charge. If more than four people wish to attend the lagoon then paid access is available for additional visitors.
The property is modern and bright with silent air conditioning installed throughout to keep it cool even on the warmest days. As you enter the apartment, it is flooded with natural light from the huge glass doors at the rear which gives access to the spacious tiled terrace area which contains a large dining table and chairs, comfortable outdoor sofa set, and two sun loungers, allowing you to take advantage of outdoor living in Andalucia.
Inside there is a large open plan area with newly fitted kitchen, fully equipped with utensils, crockery, coffee machine and integrated Bosch appliances (fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher). A modern dining table for indoor meals, and a tastefully decorated living area with 55” Samsung smart TV and comfortable L shaped sofa which also converts to a double bed if required. A family bathroom is located within the hallway.
There are two good sized bedrooms including a master bedroom with king size bed, built in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom and a large sliding door accessing the beautiful private terrace outside. The second bedroom contains two single beds, and a great amount of storage within the large built in wardrobes and chest of drawers.
High speed fibre optic wifi is available throughout the property, and a private parking space within the underground garage can be included if required.
Please note that the adjoining property is also owned by InVentures and can be rented jointly (if available) to accommodate larger groups. This property can also sleep a maximum of 6 people. To discuss booking both apartments, please contact us directly.
