Here you will find a tasteful 4 1/2 room flat on the 3rd floor right in the centre of the village of Scuol.
From here you no longer need your car. The shops, the 'Bogn Engiadina Scuol' thermal baths and the local/ski bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. The spacious north-facing garden seating area with granite table and benches can be reached via the kitchen.

The Villa Hartenfels 3 holiday flat has a large living room with access to the small south-facing balcony, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Two spacious double bedrooms furnished with exclusive Swiss stone pine furniture. Shower/sink and separate WC/sink. Flat screen TV with Swisscom reception, free WLAN and much more.

You can park in front of the house to unload your luggage. Public, chargeable (CHF 20.- per week) parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

    “Positiv: Grand appartement très spacieux et formidablement équipé, dans une villa historique. Au centre de Scuol donc proche de tout. Accès à une terrasse privée sur l'arrière avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes au sud. Trois belles chambres de 2 lits chacune donc logement pour 6 personnes très spacieux. Enorme salon. Excellent endroit. Negativ: Aucun.”

    “Eine grosse, gemütliche Wohnung in der man sich wohl fühlte. Positiv: zentrale Lage Negativ: Die Nachttischlampen sind für kleiner Kinder gefährlich, da diese auf Kontakt reagieren. Fällt eine dieser Lampen auf's oder ins' Bett herrscht Brandgefahr. Beste Reisezeit: Spring, summer, autumn, winter - In Scuol fühlen sich Familien mit den unterschiedlichsten Bedürnissen wohl, da fast alle Wünsche erfüllt werden können. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant - Noch befindet sich das Tourismusbüro weit weg vom Zentrum. (Talstation der Bahn) Restaurant: Hotel Astras - Äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend auch zu den kleinen Gästen. Als Familie hat man sich wohl gefühlt.”
