The buildings face south onto an open courtyard planted with trees and flowers: to the right is the barn, magnificently restored as a guest house with a large sheltered terrace and balcony overlooking a magnificent panorama of the countryside; the owners' permanent home is next door. You are the only tenant on the property.
Out of season, we rent out the ground floor of the barn for 2 people at an appropriate price. You benefit from all the living areas, a bedroom and bathroom, i.e. 100 m2 for 2 people, with all the amenities of a top-of-the-range house.
