The 60 m2 apartment has been completely renovated and set up as a holiday home in May 2019, with new furniture, it has 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200 cm) and 1 bedroom with baby cot, dining room and living room, 1 bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen. Besides, it has a sunny terrace of 20 m2 covered with a sunshade and laundry. All this is designed for the comfort of 2 people. The living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the bedrooms have air conditioning and high speed Wifi. The access to the department is made through an electronic lock with combination, the living room has a table for four people, the living room has a sofa and armchair, auxiliary furniture, satellite and digital TV and fan.
