Agriturismo nel cuore della Toscana, adagiato sulle pendici delle colline del Chianti Montalbano, con giardino comune, piscina con una grande terrazza panoramica e parcheggio privato

Questo agriturismo si trova a Lamporecchio (PT) nel cuore della Toscana, vicino a Firenze, tra Montecatini Terme e Vinci, città natale di Leonardo. Si tratta di un territorio adagiato sulle pendici delle colline del Chianti Montalbano.

L’agriturismo è stato ricavato al piano terra della casa colonica che è stata completamente restaurata, cercando di conservare e mantenere le tipiche caratteristiche toscane senza però rinunciare alle comodità.
Ci sono cinque appartamenti ubicati tutti al piano terra e dotati di: giardino uso privato con barbecue, parcheggio privato, ingresso indipendente, riscaldamento, aria condizionata, internet Wi-Fi gratis, TV e DVD, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, tavola e ferro da stiro.

La proprietà comprende inoltre il giardino comune, la piscina con una grande terrazza panoramica e il parcheggio privato. La piscina, solo per gli ospiti dell’agriturismo, è stata costruita in un’area aperta e ben esposta al sole, in modo da poter offrire sempre una piacevole temperatura dell’acqua; essa è dotata di un vasto solarium, attrezzato con gazebo, doccia, sdraio, lettini prendisole, ombrelloni e tavoli, disposto su una splendida terrazza da cui si può godere di un ampio panorama sulla campagna circostante.

L'agriturismo fa parte di un'azienda agricola biologica. L’agricoltura biologica, che l’azienda pratica, permette infatti la produzione di vino e di olio di qualità che, oltre ad essere sani e genuini, richiamano sapori autentici e sono garanzia di attenzione per l’ambiente e il benessere dei consumatori. L'azienda è condotta dal proprietario, che segue direttamente le varie fasi delle coltivazioni e della produzione del vino Chianti e dell’olio extra vergine.

Nelle vicinanze dell’ Agriturismo (1/2 km) ci sono: supermercati e alimentari, banche, ufficio postale, farmacia, studi medici, pubblica assistenza, ristoranti, pizzerie etc.
Grazie alla posizione geografica privilegiata della casa di vacanza, è possibile fare gite turistiche e culturali di un giorno alle città d'arte della Toscana: Firenze, Pistoia, Pisa, Siena, S. Gimignano, Volterra , Arezzo, Cortona, Lucca ed il mare della Versilia.
La campagna circostante la casa di vacanza è molto verde e ondulata grazie alla dolcezza delle sue colline; è coltivata prevalentemente a vite ed olivo, ed è caratterizzata da colline non molto alte ad eccezione delle colline del Chianti Montalbano.
La conformazione del territorio e la vitalità della campagna, hanno fatto sì che nascessero, nell’arco del tempo, molti piccoli centri ricchi di: botteghe artigiane, piccoli commerci, tipici ristoranti, mercatini. Nelle vicinanze della casa di vacanza ci sono attività ricreative, servizi e tante attrazioni turistiche come per esempio il Parco Pinocchio a Collodi, Monsummano Terme con le sue grotte termali e un campo da Golf, lo zoo di Pistoia o l’Ippodromo di Montecatini Terme.

The area rests on the slopes Chianti-Montalbano, a natural terrace overlooking Valdinievole, with Pescia the city of flowers and Collodi famous for its Pinocchio Park.The holiday apartment is surrounded by a garden, the interior of which there is the swimming pool, with a large terrace and private parking.The apartment is sqm. 42 approx, it comes with 1 double bedroom and in the living room a comfortable sofa bed 2 places, can accommodate 4/5 persons.The apartment is located on the ground floor with private entrance and private garden and barbecue; with central heating, air conditioning, TV, DVD, Internet FreeWifi.Its interior consists of:The kitchen with hob 4 gas burners, oven, dishwasher, sink and freezer; the living area with dining table and comfortable sofa bed (equipped with linens and blankets).double bedroom with the possibility of adding a cot, furnished with furniture and items of furniture typical Toscani (stocked with linens and blankets).convenient and functional bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.     “Het huisje is goed onderhouden en schoon. De bedden zijn goed. Er is ruim voldoende kastruimte. De tekst wat betreft het aantal slaapkamers op de website is misleidend, aangezien er twee slaapkamers zijn en één slaapbank in de (open) woonkamer.
    De eigenaar heeft ons bij aankomst een goede rondleiding door het huis gegeven, maar was gedurende de week na een onbedoelde, foute afvalscheiding herhaaldelijk onvriendelijk naar ons. Dit was een minpunt aan ons verblijf.
    Het huisje ligt aan een drukke weg, maar in het huisje en aan het zwembad is daar weinig van te merken. Het zwembad en de stoelen zijn prettig. We hebben genoten van het heerlijke weer, de mooie omgeving en de prachtige zonsondergang, die goed zichtbaar is vanaf het balkon of bij het zwembad.”

    “Leuk appartement. Goed bed. Ieder huisje heeft een BBQ.
    Eigenaar is aardig en zeer behulpzaam, spreekt echter bijna geen Engels.
    Omgeving is prachtig. Verschillende supermarkten in de omgeving.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist ausreichend für zwei Personen und sauber. Zu der Ferienwohnung gehört ein kleines Gartenstück. Das komplette Anwesen wird vom Vermieter sehr gepflegt.”

    “Prima onderkomen voor 2 personen, zeker als je er van uit gaat dat je vooral buitenshuis leeft. In appartement voldoende ruimte om te zitten, koken, eten en slapen. Buitenruimte ook meer dan voldoende voor 2 personen. Voor 4 mensen (zeker volwassenen) wat aan de krappe kant.”
