Holiday home in a historic water mill

The detached holiday home built in 1724, was renovated in 2014 and is furnished in a rustic and functional style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest and at the water the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, campfire site and courtyard. The house has 3 terraces.

Location
Gollmitz, 42 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Use on over 400 square meters. The half-timbered house is a listed, functional, country-style watermill on the river. There are a total of 5 holiday apartments there: BRA UCK 001, BRA UCK 002 (3 people each), BRA UCK 003 (4 people), BRA UCK 004 (2 people), BRA UCK 005 (12 people). The apartments have been ecologically renovated with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room is a museum and at the same time a common room for celebrations with up to 50 people. There is also a common room for 24 people with a fireplace and television. The holiday home is not suitable for group accommodation. With a diameter of six meters, the water wheel is the largest in northern Germany. Events in summer 2023: on May 29, June 24, July 15, August 26, 2023. Since autumn 2017, a garden sauna with a hot tub has been available. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking (for 10 cars) is available on the street in front of the house.

    “Das Haus und die Anlage sind traumhaft schön. Es eignet sich hervorragend für Familienfeiern oder wie bei uns für ein Geschäftsmeeting "off side" mit 9 Personen.Die Stimmung war großartig. Die Mahlenzien haben wir zusammen zubereitet und dann genüsslich den Abend auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen.War effektiver und trotzdem günstiger als in einem Hotel mit Meetingraum und Tagungspauschale”
