An ideal vacation home for your bathing or sports vacations. Live in the first line, enjoy the warm rays of the rising sun every morning. Have breakfast on the beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the fishing port of Can Picafort and the sea. The house is holiday-oriented, with some successful details in Mallorcan style, as well as 4 newly furnished bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. In the middle of the house you will find a pleasant patio. A bathroom on the 1st floor is located in a small annex. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit.
The coastal promenade of the Bay of Alcudia runs directly in front of the house invites you to beautiful walks or bike rides. Restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. In high summer there is a lively atmosphere, but outside the season it is much more leisurely and this popular place becomes predominantly also a hotspot for sporty holidaymakers. The Can Picafort area is popular with cyclists, but also hikers, water sports enthusiasts and horseback riding enthusiasts. This vacation home is ideally located and a rental car is therefore not essential, as you can also reach the stores, restaurants, cafes and the beach on foot.
