Beautiful vacation home with several terraces in a quiet villa neighborhood in the beautiful Beddinge beach, 300 m to the beautiful bathing beach with good swimming opportunities for children, as the water here is shallow. Beddinge Golf Club is located 300 m from the house. The beach stretches for several kilometers in both directions. Along the coast runs a 47 km long cycling and hiking trail to Trelleborg in the east and Hammars Backar in the east.
Along the route there are several cozy restaurants, coastal villages, fish smokehouses and much more. By car, bus or bicycle you can easily get to Ystad or Trelleborg, from where you can continue by train or bus to Malmö, Copenhagen or Simrishamn. From Ystad there are boats to Bornholm and Poland and from Trelleborg there are boats to Germany.
Good spa facilities and restaurants can be found in nearby Mossbylund or in Ystad Saltsjöbad, in Beddinge there are a few good restaurants within walking distance. Trips to the southernmost point of Sweden, Smygehuk, Skanör Falsterbo, Österlen and Simrishamn can be recommended as well as a visit to the zoo Ystad Djurpark or Tosselilla. Simply a vacation home with many possibilities for a wonderful vacation.

    “Das Haus macht einen gemütlichen, sauberen Eindruck. Schöne West-Terrasse mit Abendsonne,
    kurzer Weg zum Strand. Waschmaschine war neu, Wasch- und Putzmittel sehr umfangreich vorhanden. Das Küchen-Equipment war sehr sehr gut, es fehlte an nichts!

    Die Möbelierung ist bis auf das Sofa schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen z. B. die Matratzen trotz des neuen Toppers schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Das Bad ist klein und das Waschbecken war für ein Gäste-WC, also ein Mini-Waschbecken, nur zum Händewaschen geeignet.

    Schön wäre ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terasse gewesen und Insektenschutz im Schlafzimmer, da sich die Fenster entweder nur spaltbreit oder ganz nach aussen öffnen ließen.

    Die Kosten für die Endreinigung (160 Euro) sind für mein Verständnis zu hoch. Wir sind einen Tag eher abgereist, um die Endreinigung in Ruhe selbst vornehmen zu können.
