These two apartments with pool belong to an Umbrian family farm with sheep breeding. The apartments are simply but functionally furnished and each has a private sitting area in front of the house (IUS101 on the first floor). The pool with its sun terrace is at the common disposal of the guests during the summer months of July and August. The apartments are a suitable starting point for Umbria lovers: only 10 km away is the medieval "wine town" of Montefalco; on the opposite hillside is the equally picturesque Spello; from here it is only a stone's throw (or a day's hike in the footsteps of St. Francis) over the bare Monte Subasio to Assisi. Equally easy to reach are the historic hill towns of Todi and Spoleto (20-30 km). Available from the owner on site: sheep's cheese and olive oil.
