    “La situation de la maison est parfaite. L'équipement intérieur satisfaisant. Le rez de chaussée très lumineux et vaste. L'accueil du propriétaire était parfait. En revanche, tout le sous sol, humide et sale, laisse une très mauvaise impression (matelas très sales, lits qui grincent terriblement, bac de douche rouillé, odeur de moisi) et nous n'avons pas pu occuper cette partie de la maison.
