The villa, located at the foot of the Etna Volcano, is surrounded by 3000 mq of garden and has two terraces on two levels, communicating with each other via a spiral staircase, whose view embraces Taormina, the Mediterranean Sea and the extreme part of the continent Italy. The house was an old wine mill, of which it still retains the historic "Palmento", transformed into a holiday house and recently, on the second terrace, a wellness area with a private Mini Spa was created to offer guests relaxation in an quiet and elegant environmental . The location of the property is an excellent starting point for excursions to the areas of greatest naturalistic and cultural interest. First of all the Etna Volcano, the highest in Europe included in th world heritage list. From the mountain to the sea: This coast is the most beautiful on the island full of bays and cliffs overlooking the sea. A few km away, Taormina and Giardini Naxos, famous for their natural beauty, are also culture with their archaeological settlements. Furthermore, other important places of interest such as Syracuse, Noto for art lovers are easily reachable via the nearby motorway and... finally, if you appreciate good food and good wine, this is the ideal place. The property is just at few kilometers (8 km) from the beginning of the wine route where it is possible to taste the best productions of the Etna vineyards,


The house has a total surface area of ​​100 mq. and is composed of a large living room, a mezzanine with two sleeping areas communicating with each other, a kitchen fully equipped with everything the guest need, a bathroom with shower and toilet/bidet. The two sleeping areas have respectively a double bed and a sofa bed for two people. The heating is centralized and the sleeping/living area has air conditioning. The two highly panoramic terraces are on different but communicating levels. The first terrace has a surface area of ​​80 mq. a patio with large table allows the guest to have lunch outside and in addition a barbecue corner. The second terrace has been designated as a wellness area with solarium and Mini Spa for the exclusive use of the guest. The whirlpool with ergonomic seats has the options for ozone, chromotherapy and on request aromatherapy. The intimate and private environment, highly panoramic and with attention to detail will give our guests the opportunity to spend a holiday that will be difficult to forget

The property is completely fenced so it is able to receive guests with pets. Parking is allowed inside the property and guests have free access to the 3000 mq. garden planted with olive and fruit trees. Although the area is very quiet, the property is equipped with a video surveillance system in line with current regulations to guarantee the safety of guests.

Inhabited center 3 km away offer the most necessary services (supermarket, pharmacies, fast food and more). Motorway 5 km away allow connections to areas of major tourist interes (Noto, Siracusa, Ragusa Ibla, Piazza Armerina..) not to mention Taormina just 7 km away. In addition we inform our guests that we have agreements with various tourist operators for excursion on Etna and in the areas of greater tourist interest.     “Urlaub dort war sehr schön. Wer Ruhe will ist dort genau richtig. Eine hervorragende Sicht Richtung Taormina. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr sehr freundliche Vermieter. Kommunikation hervorragend. Im Objekt wohnt man alleine. Es war alles vorhanden und sauber. Wir haben keine Mängel gefunden. Zu Beginn des Urlaubs war es noch relativ kühl. Es ist im Haus eine Zentralheizung.

    Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen, dafür völlig ruhig. Ca. knapp 3 Km von der Piedimonte Etneo entfernst. Zufahrt ist etwas eng. Langsam fahren. Wir würden dieses Objekt wieder buchen.”
