If you wish to visit another country during your holidays and jump into another historical era, then immerse yourself in the sumptuous atmosphere of the Venetian Villas, founded by the Republic of Venice between the end of the fifteenth and nineteenth centuries. This holiday accommodation overlooking Villa Barbarigo of Valsanzibio, famous for its spectacular monumental gardens enriched by water games, is definitely your destination. This semi-detached house, surrounded by the greenery of the Euganean Hills Park, is located 1 km from a thermal pool, 500 meters from the golf course of Galzignano Terme and is the ideal starting point to reach the main art cities of Veneto: Venice 70 km, also reachable by train from the nearby Montegrotto Terme station; Padua 35 km, Vicenza 40 km and Verona 80 km. Lake Garda with its amusement parks and the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Riviera are about 100 km from here. The accommodation is on two levels, the sleeping area is located on the upper floor; a large private and fenced garden allows you to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the place, enjoying your meals under the wisteria porch. In the area you can practice various sports: cycling, golf, diving in the thermal pools, cycling, mountain biking, Nordwalking, hiking in the hills, rock climbing on Rocca Pendice and paragliding from the Madonna mountain. At 1 km a spa offers treatments and pools with thermal water also with daily access. Thanks to the strategic position of the house in the center of Veneto, the main cities of art are all within easy reach, as well as a series of beautiful towns and charming medieval villages such as Arquà Petrarca, Monselice , Montagnana, Este as well as a part of the 5000 Venetian Villas and Abbeys, which dot the territory. But besides spending a day at the seaside or at Lake Garda, even a trip to the mountains can characterize your holiday: in an hour's drive you can enjoy the sparkling air of the Asiago plateau, or do one of the most interesting excursions of the region, the road with 52 galleries of Pasubio or proceed up to 1800 m of Monte Grappa from which, on particularly clear days, you can also see Venice, up to the Dolomites, UNESCO heritage site. Finally, to complete this wonderful historical, artistic and naturalistic context, there is an eno-gastronomic offer to satisfy all tastes and, thanks to the continuous fairs and events of the country, you will have the opportunity to taste the typical specialties of this area, during a holiday where absolutely nothing is missing.

    “Das Haus ist wie in der Anzeige beschreiben und gepflegt. Empfang und Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut und freundlich. Wir haben einige Wochen dort gerne verbracht.
    Der Park Villa Barbarigo ist nur einen "Steinwurf" entfernt und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.
    Venedig und Padua erreicht man ganz stressfrei am besten mit dem Zug. Bahnverbindung Abano - MontegrottoTerme zu diesen Zielen sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Abreisebahnhofs reichlich vorhanden
    In Valsanzibio Ristorante Bar Pizzeria S. Eusebio sehr zu empfehlen.”
