Holiday Apartment in Balestrate with Large Terrace

This 100m² holiday apartment has three bedrooms, of which two are furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), while the third has three single beds (90 x 200cm), two of which can be pushed together as a double bed. The large and airy living room is ideal for relaxing after an exciting day. There is air conditioning in the living room for cooling on hot days. The living room is separated from the dining room and kitchen by a sliding door. The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking and baking. If you are in a hurry you can use the microwave. After cooking, the dishwasher takes over the rest of the work, so you can relax and dine. The Italian espresso maker and the toaster ensure that breakfast gets off to a good start. The fridge also has a freezer compartment, so groceries can be stored optimally during your stay. The bathrooms are particularly eye-catching, with impressive and colourful mosaics, exuding a special atmosphere. They are both fitted with a shower, a WV and a washbasin. One bathroom also has a bath. A hairdryer is available.

There is garden furniture on the large terrace, so you can enjoy meals together there or simply a glass of wine. A carport is available to park your car.

    “Die Lage der Wohnung istgut, da sehrnah am Meer. Es ist eine Garage vorhanden und ein großer Hof in dem man sich aufhalten kann.
    Die Einrichtung lässt zu wünschen übrig, da die Wohnung schon in die Jahre gekommen ist.”

    “Das Objekt bewerte ich mit 4. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach im Wesentlichen der Beschreibung auf Atraveo. Die Unterkunft war nicht optimal zu finden. (Navi) Mit Vorinfo über die Kartenfunktion war die Lage gut feststellbar. Leider war in der Ferienwohnung nur ein reguläres Bad vorhanden (obwohl 2 benötigt wurden) Das 2. Bad war eine Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken im hinteren Teil der Garage. Eine Heizung in diesem 2. Bad gab es nicht. Für den Sommer (nach dem Baden) ausreichend, im Winter leider nicht. Es waren wenige Trinkgläser vorhanden, der Vermieter weiß aber schon Bescheid und wird den Mangel abstellen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und vollständig. Alle Geräte funktionierten. Der Vermieter hat alle Funktionalitäten per Sprachübersetzer erläutert. Obst und Kekse wurden zur Begrüßung in der Wohnung platziert. WLAN funktionierte bis auf das 3er- Zimmer überall und sehr gut. Deutsche Fernsehsender gab es nicht. Es war eine große Garage für das Auto vorhanden. Das Grundstück war zusätzlich mit einem elektrischen Tor versehen. Lage 20 Meter vom Strand. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es einige verlassene Gebäude, die unschön aussehen.”
