Very cozy and fresh cottage on a hilly beach property on a beautiful small lake. The property is adjacent to the road. It is an older house that has been tastefully renovated inside. Large beautiful garden with several garden groups and barbecue area down by the pier where the rowboat and canoe are located. As in all other lakes in the region, fishing licenses are required. To the nearest child-friendly bathing place in Lake Bredasjön is about 2, 5 km and there are jetties and toilets. In Holmsjö you will find a store and a pizzeria. In summer there is a cozy café on a small island in one of the small lakes. The sea at Karlskrona is 33 km away. The beautiful golf course of Emmaboda GK is located in Vissfjärda (15 km). A visit to Glasriket, Astrid Lindgren's World or Öland are nice day trips. Excellent accommodation in a lakeside landscape. The cottage is 300 m from cottage 115792 with 5 beds.

    “Sehr schönes und sehr gepflegtes Haus. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der See ist nur ca. 20 m entfernt. Für uns ist dieses Haus sowie das Grundstück mit allem drum und dran sehr empfehlenswert.”
