Holiday house with a garden on the Alsatian Wine Route

This holiday home is quietly located on an enclosed property on the Alsatian Wine route in between Colmar and Strasbourg; the owner also lives on the property.

The 70 m² house accommodates two adults and two children. It boasts a large living room with an open plan kitchen and dining area, a sleeping area, separated from the living room by a curtain and furnished with a 180 cm bed and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The comfortably furnished living room is furnished with a sofa bed, which accommodates the children. The kitchen is furnished fully with a ceran stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave and more. The living room has large windows and access to the patio. The house has heating and Wi-Fi.

The large glass doors in the living room grant access to the patio in front of the house. The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture and an electric barbecue. The house has a beautiful garden. Parking for your vehicle is available in a garage and on the property. There is a cosy sitting area for two in the garden. The kids will enjoy the swing and the playhouse. There are also two hammocks for your enjoyment.

There are two bikes for free use.

The house is ideally located to discover beautiful Alsace. It is 4 km from the motorway, making access to Colmar and Strasbourg very easy. Hiking trails leading through the vineyards start at the house. The closest supermarket is 1 km. a restaurant 400 m from the property.

    “In jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen!
    Sauber, gute Ausstattung, besonderes Flair hinsichtlich historischer Einrichtungsgegenstände mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Sowohl in der Wohnung, als auch auf Terrasse und im angrenzenden Garten u Gelände. Sehr großer eigener Carport mit zugleich schönen ortsüblichen historischen Gegenständen. Sehr nette Vermieter.”

    “Insgesamt eine extrem hervorragende Location Positiv: Die Aufteilung und Größe der Wohnung, die mega Grundausstattung der Küche, die Sauberkeit und die Ruhe, obwohl eine Hauptstraße gleich nebenan ist. Negativ: Das wir leider viel zu kurz da waren”
